We are hiring an Office Administrator with experience in the landscape and irrigation industry.
Responsibilities include:
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Updating client information in our CRM system
Onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth process
Scheduling client appointments and service calls
Assisting with scheduling for field crews and service teams
General office and administrative support
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in landscaping, irrigation, or a related service industry
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
Comfortable using scheduling software and CRM programs
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
