We are seeking a talented Senior Director of Operations Strategy & Program Management Leader to join our team and make a significant impact on our Global Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs initiatives.Role Overview: As the Senior Director of Operations Strategy & Program Management Leader, you will coordinate and oversee various multi-functional, large-scale projects across the Global Supply Chain. Your collaboration with other departments (IT, Finance, R&D, etc.) will be critical to the success of this role. Your core objective will be to ensure that initiatives progress smoothly, bringing current and future value to the business. You will manage resource allocation and financial investments, prioritizing programs accordingly. The Product Master Data Management team and the Project Management Office teams will report directly to you.Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary representative for Global Supply Chain/Operations within the Global Portfolio Management group led by the Corporate Strategy organization.
Champion Supply Chain/Operations interests within the GPM committee.
Administer Planview portfolio management data and analytics.
Coordinate business case development, prioritization, and resource procurement within Global Portfolio opportunities.
Oversee successful product lifecycle transition programs (NPI launch prep, manufacturing site transfers, acquisition integration, supply chain scaleup, etc.).
Manage the Operational Risk Management process.
Enhance the Governance process for Supply Chain Capital Investment initiatives.
Lead the PMO for the Global Supply Chain project portfolio.
Liaise with the IT organization for technological projects and manage Master Data for all three divisions.
Ensure product master data integrity and compliance with regulatory and financial requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of experience in a Project Management Organization.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a team.
Strong ability to collaborate across multiple functions/businesses.
Exceptional monitoring and communication skills.
Preferred: Supply chain experience.
