The Educational Team Associate reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and supports the team supervisors.Responsibilities:Copies and collates Individual Education Plans, reviews meetings, student assessments, quarterly progress reports, and other periodic and special documentation related to student programsMaintains records, processes documents, completes related purchase orders, and follows up on orders purchasedSends correspondence related to individual student programs, meetings, and general program managementAssists in the scheduling of meetings and sends mailings to necessary parties on scheduleMaintains student permanent records in accordance with current policies
