  • POSITION: Recruiting Coordinator

    DURATION: 2-month contract (potential to extend)

    PAY: $23.78/hr

    LOCATION: 95-495 MA belt (Potential locations: Milford / Worcester / Northborough / Westborough / Dedham / Taunton / Stoughton - can note preferences)
  • Expect to be in 1-2 locations a week, work 2+ Saturday's a month, 40-hour schedule with OT expected (Typically 42-45 hours)

Position Description:
  • Frequently travel to various sites within the geographic area to host hiring events, new hire orientation, community events, and job fairs
  • Support candidate activity to ensure all electronic paperwork is completed on time
  • Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
  • Tracking recruiting activities and reporting candidate status
  • Administering the job posting process for all staff openings in ATS system Generate reporting from Salesforce tool, and perform daily workflow audits
  • Present information on the Amazon hiring process to large groups of job seekers and address basic questions regarding recruiting process
  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities and the onboarding of new hires Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and workflow efficiency
  • Administrative tasks as needed

Required Skills:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume administrative support role, recruiting assistant, etc and/or experience in HR/Recruiting a plus Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a prominent ability to present to large groups
  • Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on tact and confidentiality Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills with the ability to create pivot tables, v-lookup, and mail merge a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and experience with auditing written reports and data
  • Roll up your sleeves attitude with a sense of urgency, and a friendly, diplomatic demeanor
  • Problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently and drive them to closure with minimal supervision
