The Evergreen Center is seeking Relief Staff responsible for the implementation of specific instructional activities and treatment programs as designated by the Individual Support Plans. Responsibilities: Case management of one individualCollecting and recording of data regarding daily performance of individuals supported by the Adult Supports Division in defined instructional and behavioral areasSupervising instructional activities in the residence and community settingsMonitoring of all aspects of the health and safety of individuals assigned to the residence.Safely transport individuals to scheduled recreational activities within the community. Ensure their comfort and well-being during transit, maintaining a supportive and respectful atmosphere.
