This role is based in our Auburndale, MA office.TechTarget is seeking a Campaign Fulfillment Manager who will be a key member of the Client Delivery team supporting Demand Generation campaigns.In this dynamic role, the individual will primarily responsible for managing all the behind-the-scenes aspects of a Demand Generation campaign from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and successful marketing campaign. The candidate will need to be thorough and extremely organized with strong problem-solving skills and have the ability to work with data. Candidates must be critical-thinkers with solid communication skills. A successful candidate will be a team-player who is able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Essential Job Functions:Manage all behind-the-scenes aspect of a demand generation program;Collect, assess and communicate complex campaign requirements;Track and monitor progress and health of all campaigns;Provide top-notch customer service by providing quality assurance on all outgoing deliverables and ensuring customer program goals are accurately met;Identify and troubleshoot campaign and/or customer-facing issues;Provide status and performance reports to Sales, Customer Success and Client Delivery Leadership;Manage and monitor forecasted revenue;Use various reports to monitor pacing of programs and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely campaign delivery on all standard deals;Support day-to-day operational tasks and take on additional projects as the need arises;
