We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Trial Associate (CTA) to support the execution of clinical studies within our Clinical Operations team. In this role, you will contribute to key trial activities and ensure that study components are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.You will work both independently and collaboratively, building your clinical operations expertise while partnering with experienced team members across cross-functional study teams.Study Team & Meeting ManagementCoordinate cross-functional study team meetings, including preparing agendas and capturing meeting minutesSupport site start-up activities and ongoing study coordination effortsAssist in managing external vendors as neededParticipate in Investigator Meetings and contribute as appropriateStudy Documentation, Tracking & ExecutionMaintain and track essential study documentation, including regulatory documents such as 1572s in collaboration with Regulatory teamsSupport Trial Master File (TMF) activities, including document filing and quality control checksAssist with the creation, editing, and distribution of study materials (e.g., informed consent forms, manuals)Maintain study trackers, tools, and systems to support execution and complianceStudy Support & Quality AssuranceSupport sample management activities and basic study logisticsContribute to the review and maintenance of study documents as neededEnsure assigned activities align with quality standards and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with team members to identify when escalation or additional input is needed
