EDC is seeking two part-time Graphic Design Associates - Casual to join the Digital Design Group (DDG), our in-house creative studio. This roles will report to the Creative Director and broader leadership team to deliver polished, on-brand design across a range of formats.This team supports a wide range of internal and external partners with high-quality, mission-driven design and product development.EDC casual employees generally work as needed.  A casual position receives statutory benefits of Social Security contributions, Medicare contributions, unemployment insurance, worker’s compensation insurance and sick leave.  A casual position ends when work is complete.This is a fast-paced role ideal for designers who are comfortable independently executing new design concepts and within established brand systems, managing multiple deadlines, and collaborating remotely.Duties include:Design of print and digital projects, including, but not limited to documents, reports, presentations, social media assets, event collateral, infographics, email assets, websites, and videosCollaborate with senior leads and project managers to understand the scope, expectations, budget and timeline for each product deliverableWork and adapt from existing concepts, branding guidelines, and templates to create cohesive, consistent, high-quality deliverablesIncorporate feedback quickly and accurately, including copy edits and multiple design revisionsProven ability to work in a creative and collaborative environment while simultaneously managing multiple deadlines, clients, and projects
