What You Will Do:

We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic candidates for a full-time Assistant Property Manager position in Worcester, MA. You will support 5 sites, totaling 197 units of family housing. Your duties will include:

Providing excellent customer service; answering the telephone and responding to emails.

Posting rent checks.

Sending collection letters

Entering work orders and assisting with coordinating and scheduling maintenance.

Assisting with leasing units and processing annual recertifications

Processing annual waitlist updates in conjunction with the Property Manager.

Other administrative tasks as needed to support the property management team.

The work hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00-5:00.

Your Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy. Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset will be key to success in this role.

Previous experience in property management, including knowledge of affordable housing programs, is required.

COS, C3P, or other certifications related to affordable housing are preferred but not required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; experience with Yardi is preferred.

A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required for travel between sites.
