We are a Small Family Owned & Operated Oil Heating Business is seeking someone with the following qualifications and skill sets to work in our office environment. We have been in business since 1935 with 3 generations of family serving the Heating and Air Conditioning needs of Southborough and the surrounding area residents. We are looking for someone to join our small tight knit team.
Must Have A Working Knowledge of Word and Excel
Should be Skilled at customer service by phone, electronic communication, as well as occasional in person visits
Must be able to perform Data Entry by recording transactions in various systems such as
In the operating system of our Oil Delivery/ HVAC/ Gasoline software
In various spreadsheets utilized for tracking various aspects of the business
Creating & Setting up new customers in the specialized software
Must possess the ability to Work with operating system personnel & bank personnel regarding transfer of information between systems regarding ACH & Credit Card transactions
Needs to be willing to learn & apply geographic knowledge of our service area to assist with service dispatching in an efficient manner with regards to scheduling and routing.
Must be willing to perform Collection & Debt Collection Calls
Must be willing to promote Fossil Fuel Advocacy to help maintain our oil heat customer base
Should have a high level of adaptability and being able to think quickly on their feet within the parameters of how the client operates.
Intended to lead the office staff / function within the parameters of the ownership
