Preservation Worcester seeks an Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to oversee the day-to-day office operations of the organization. This position is a part-time position of 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Acting as the organization’s first point of contact in a professional and welcoming manner.
Managing correspondence including phone calls, mail, email, and calendar.
Performing administrative tasks including mailings, meeting and event support, donor database maintenance, bank deposits, preparation of spreadsheets and reports.
Providing headquarters management including working with tenants, tracking tenant payments, ordering supplies, interacting with cleaning and maintenance crews
Coordinating social media
Qualifications - Candidate should possess:
Excellent customer service skills and should enjoy working with people.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, while maintaining a positive attitude and a professional, calm demeanor.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills.
Interest in and knowledge of historic preservation a plus.
Marketing and social media skills a plus.
Experience working in the non-profit sector a plus
