Local Family Own Business, CHASE/harris Portable Toilets is looking for Part-time Office Assistant to assist with day-to-day administrative work. Candidate must have reliable transportation, Microsoft Office experience preferred, good computer skills, good communication, ability to work in fast paced environment and must be very organized.
Job duties include but are not limited:
Oversee our GPS & Slate programs to ensure completion of all portable toilet deliveries, pick-ups, and routine
cleanings
Data entry, anwsering phones, mailing, making appointments and any other administrative duties when needed.
Part-time job will include 15 to 20 hours a week with potential to increase.
