I am looking for an office manager to start ASAP. PLEASE READ description thoroughly.

PLEASE NOTE: Part-time only $17-19 hr to start.

This is a great fun, exciting and creative job. This is at a martial arts school right on route 9 In Westborough near Burlington Coat Factory & Chicfila.

These are the part time hours and more hours are definitely available. Professional RESUME required to apply. PLEASE READ below. I will only hire someone who is qualified to do the job.

HOURS NEEDED (must be available for all)

Monday 4:15 - 6:30 PM

Tuesday: 4:45 - 7 PM

Wednesday 4:15 - 6:30 PM

Thursday 4:45 - 7 PM

Saturday 9:15 AM - 11:30 AM

Sales experience DESIRED!

I need someone who can be and more hours are available for go-getter that proves their worth. I need someone who can commit to at least one year or longer.

Strong Word and Excel skills are required. I use microsoft office on an apple laptop and you will be using a laptop while at the facility. Dropbox, Canva and Photoshop skills are a big plus.

You need to have strong social skills and be confident talking to existing and new customers. Strong organizational skills a must. There are a lot of walk-in customers and multi-tasking is necessary at times. This includes calling new customers as well.

Your ability to help create advertisements through social media are HIGHLY desirable and you will be updating social media daily.

You will also need to take photos & videos of the classes. If you have any website updating skills to go along with photoshop skills that would be even MORE desirable. Please bring examples of previous work (if any).

There is clean and upkeep required. This includes vaccuming, dusting, cleaning mirrors and keeping the bathroom clean and presentable at all times.

Most of the job duties are:

- Greeting new customers and selling program

- Taking payments from existing customers

- Keeping track of inventory & ordering before it gets low.

- Selling equipment or taking orders for new equipment

- Updating excel spreadsheets

- Updating social media daily (must be familiar with using Facebook & Instagram)

- Adept at taking good photos for advertisements

- Creation of new advertisements

- Cleaning and keeping facility looking nice and presentable must be done daily.

I need a go-getter with these specific skills. I cannot train you on photoshop (or likewise), word and excel.

You must be available to work year round, and please no less than a year commitment.

Bonuses are available for greatly increasing student base. Hours will expand with any substantial growth of business.
