All Star is looking for a full time or part time, people-person, Contact Center Agent at our Ann Arbor location.

We are looking for someone to work in our contact center answering phones, and do outgoing sales calls. This is a very fast paced position. This position is Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8am to 6pm (three shift options).
We need someone who can provide excellent customer service with a friendly phone voice. Some of the daily duties include:
Produce a high level of customer service
Receive high volume of inbound customer service calls, and outgoing calls from warm leads, in a busy call
center setting
Respond to incoming calls with efficiency and professionalism
Assist with client questions and ensure accurate data input
Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
High school diploma
Experienced with customer service
A thorough knowledge of PCs and Microsoft word, outlook, and excel
High level of comfort dealing with inbound customer service calls
A highly ambitious and motivated attitude
Well-spoken and articulate
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Must be a team player Ability to work with all types of people
Patient, energetic and a drive to succeed!
Preferred
Multi-lingual
Previous customer service/call center experience preferred
Experience with multi-line phone systems
Typing 50+ wpm
The compensation for this position starts at $10 per hour, with an incentive package for landing sales.
