This is a full-time position; core working hours are 9:00am - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday. The main function of this position is to assist clients in coordination of their projects. We are here to help our customers.

Required skills/abilities:
- Listening to understand
- Investigative
- Multitasking (ex: talk on phone and respond to email etc.)
- Great phone, person-to-person and written communication skills
- Work well in a team environment
- Work well with clients of all personality types
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word as well all other basic computer skills
- Understand how to navigate the internet
