OverviewElement Ann Arbor has a great opportunity for an Associate Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction (i.e. meeting project goals) and working closely with the technical managers and lab staff to ensure that all factors required to execute the project to client expectations are in place.ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties include:

Monitoring all projects to ensure they are on track.

Confirm lab staff have all resources required for projects to meet customer expectations.

Communicate with customers on project progress in a clear, concise and timely manner.

Engage assistance from more senior PM's or supervisor, as necessary

Measure, monitor and tracks project performance/progress using approved manual and automated systems, tools and techniques

Serves as a Customer Advocate

Skills / Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with a focus on project management, preferred

0-2 years experience in a client facing, project management role, preferred

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

Excellent organizational skills

Detail Oriented

Ability to successfully manage several projects/clients
