PRISM partners with community health centers, insurance providers, physician organizations, and healthcare practices, within and outside the State of Michigan, as they work to implement integrated behavioral health care, including the Collaborative Care model (CoCM). PRISM provides clinical and programmatic expertise and support. ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you'll work in a virtual team environment to develop effective, efficient, and more integrated ways to bring the PRISM projects to the attention of healthcare systems. You'll execute an overall plan for increasing the visibility of integrated behavioral health care research, training, and implementation. Your general responsibilities will include:
Managing all PRISM email campaigns utilizing MailChimp to communicate with audiences within our training/learning environments
Designing and creating training and educational resources including PowerPoint templates and presentations, manuals, newsletters, and other program materials and coordinating publication of these materials
Having responsibility for creating and managing website content including liaising with the psychiatry department web admin
Working with designated vendors and resources to obtain project quotes and produce materials cost effectively, on time, and with the appropriate approvals
Working closely with faculty and staff to showcase research advances and promote successes within the Program
Soliciting and evaluating feedback regarding communications and make improvements continuously
Additional duties as assigned - Our team continues to grow, along with our offerings, which may include new skills and activities as time progresses
Required Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in communication, public relations, marketing, or related field
Three to five years of experience supporting communications campaigns
Highly motivated, organized, and autonomous, with excellent multi-tasking ability and record-keeping skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to function in a team environment
Excellent writing, editing, and prooing skills
Be able to set priorities, handle multiple assignments, and negotiate deadlines all while being customer-service oriented
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Wordpress
Ability to demonstrate flexibility within an evolving program
Ability to work and communicate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and professionals in the community
Desired Qualifications
Experience working with graphic designers, photographers, printers, and writers
Knowledge of and familiarity with the conventions of print production and web publishing
Working knowledge of university policies and procedures
Preference will be given to those candidates with a background in academic or professional writing and those that have prior experience working within healthcare or educational settings
