This role drives impactful community outreach initiatives and manages strategic relationships in key corporate markets to help maximize impact in a world in which our business can be successful. The Community Relations Specialist will work cross-functionally to execute the annual fundraising campaign for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. This role will collaborate with internal and external communication teams to drive storytelling of community relations activity and impact. They will also support events and initiatives of national community partners.Main responsibilities(30%) Community Relations Logistics & Relationship ManagementManage relationships with and recommend appropriate monetary and in-kind donations to nonprofits in the communities surrounding Domino’s HQ and corporate stores, aligned with corporate strategy and values; coordinate payment from the company’s annual budget and track resulting impactFacilitate Supply Chain Community Outreach program – consult with center leadership, coordinate donations and manage nonprofit engagementCoordinate in-kind donations (pizza and gift cards) according to giving guidelinesConnect with Business Consultants on “pizza relief” program(30%) Support Cause Marketing Campaign for National Charity PartnerAssist in development and execution of annual fundraising campaign by partnering with cross-functional teamsCollaborate with internal and external communications in development of campaign communication plansCreate weekly fundraising reports and distribute to campaign stakeholdersManage fundraising reward programs(30%) Community Impact Awareness & CommunicationsManage Community Relations and St. Jude PieNet pages with frequent updates and storytellingCollaborate with Internal Comm, PR and Social Media to incorporate community relations into respective content calendarsCreate compelling stories, reports, and content to demonstrate Domino’s contributions to social good, employee volunteerism, and partnerships with local organizations.Support quarterly impact report to be shared with key stakeholders (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, BRGs, Investor Relations, etc.)(10%) National Partner Support & Activations Support national charity partners in initiatives, including events and engagement opportunities
