Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management & ExecutionPlan, build, and execute demand generation campaigns across multiple channels (ABM, LinkedIn, Google Search, email, retargeting, etc.).Develop campaign briefs, assets, and timelines in collaboration with content and design.Manage day-to-day optimization of campaigns to maximize CTR, conversion rates, and cost efficiency.Coordinate A/B tests on messaging, creative, and landing pages to drive performance improvements.Paid Media ManagementManage LinkedIn Campaign Manager campaigns (sponsored content, conversation ads, retargeting).Run Google Search & Display campaigns including keyword research, ad copy, and bid management.Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure campaigns are on track to deliver pipeline goals.Content CreationSupport and contribute to content creation to support email campaign execution, and blog publishing, etc.Email Marketing & NurtureBuild and deploy targeted email campaigns via HubSpot and Apollo.HubSpot experience a must.Manage database segmentation and audience lists for acquisition and nurture programs.Collaborate on lead nurture workflows to support MQL-to-SQL progression.Event MarketingManage all event related aspects – research, planning, execution, reporting.To include, field events, webinars, podcasts, etc.Analytics & ReportingTrack and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, MQLs, pipeline contribution).Provide insights and recommendations to improve ROI across acquisition channels.Maintain dashboards and ensure marketing data integrity across HubSpot.Collaboration & GrowthWork cross-functionally with marketing, product marketing, and sales to ensure campaign alignment.Stay current on acquisition marketing trends, tools, and best practices.Develop skills to eventually own campaign strategy, budget allocation, and multi-channel orchestration.
