We are looking for a dynamic individual who achieves high-level results while working with multiple individuals in a fast-paced, ever changing environment. Be willing to take on additional projects or improve processes, and solve problems. ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support (85%)
Reconcile alumni club event expenses, transactions, and budget
Help plan and execute special events, such as donor visits and events
Answer phones, greets and assists visitors, triages and responds to inquiries about Advancement and Ross programs
Schedule appointments with donors, prospects, volunteers, alumni, and staff; prepare meeting materials and reports
Create organizational systems for information on shared drives and in Google
Responsible for data integrity of databases
Create itineraries and donor briefings
Work as part of a support staff team to provide excellent customer service to visitors, donors, faculty, and staff
Coordinate and balances workload with other team members, provides back-up coverage for other support staff members, and helps provide appropriate coverage during absences
Process gift checks
Provide traditional administrative support for members of the Advancement team, including calendaring, travel arrangements, financial processes, email and phone correspondence, and report preparation
Other (15%)
Use the University donor database (DART) to confirm donor data, run reports, and modify, update and upload alumni and alumni club data
Assist with small scale fundraising campaigns led by Ross School of Business members
Other administrative responsibilities as assigned
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience in a support role in an academic setting or similar environment
Event planning or comparable experience
Experience working with clients to address their needs
