Description We are in search of a Director of Strategy of Corporate Development to contribute our Fortune 300 client help expand their team. This role involves leading teams across all sectors of our clients needs including those addressing the challenges that the energy industry faces today. The role is instrumental in understanding industry trends, developing growth strategies, leading strategic deliverables for corporate initiatives, and driving Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A) opportunities.Responsibilities: Analyze and comprehend industry trends and their implications for our organization Cultivate growth strategies by identifying new industry verticals and corresponding market entry strategies Oversee transaction origination efforts within existing business lines Guide strategic deliverables for corporate initiatives as required, including but not limited to business plans and board presentations Lead strategic analysis on key business issues and drive M& A opportunity identification and origination Utilize complex financial models to inform strategic decision making Develop financial models to support investment financial modeling Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on the analysis Maintain accurate customer credit records Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities to ensure financial stability and growth.Requirements Must have extensive experience in the Service industry, preferably at a senior management level. Demonstrated proficiency in Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A) is essential. Must have the ability to develop complex financial models. Experience in investment financial modeling is required. Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting is essential. The ability to provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance corporate development is crucial. Excellent leadership and team management skills are a must. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset. An MBA or PhD from a top 20 school is required. Proven track record in developing and implementing successful strategies in corporate development.
