As a Product Analyst, you will work with clients and service delivery teams to design, build, and configure healthcare performance tools and software applications.This includes working with clients to understand requirements, translate client needs, and effectively organize and execute the implementation effort to ensure on-time delivery.Our clients include hospitals and health systems, collaborative quality initiatives, and professional societies across various health specialties.Primary ResponsibilitiesAssist clients in the design, implementation, and support of their web applicationsBuild, configure and update user interfaces to meet client-specific needsGather and document client business requirements/technical specificationsWork cross functionally with Project Managers, Customer Success Managers, Report Analysts, Data Scientists, Data Integration Engineers, and DevelopersTest solutions for quality assurance and validate client requirementsManage Salesforce cases from assignment through execution, testing and internal/external communicationProvide technical support across multiple clients and projects simultaneously
