Location: Ann Arbor, MI (Candidates MUST reside in the Ann Arbor area or be willing to relocate).Hybrid Environment: Role will be onsite Tuesday-Thursday with Monday and Friday being days that can be work from anywhere.  REMOTE or travel in as needed is not available for this role.Salary: 115-130k USD plus a 15% annual bonus (based on company performance)Direct Reports: There are no direct reports at this time.The Domino’s Pizza Marketing team in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking an International Marketing Manager that will be responsible for overseeing development, implementation, and optimization of tools  as it relates to our performance on 3P delivery sites.This  is a great opportunity for someone that has direct experience working with Third Party Aggregators for a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or directly for a 3P aggregator (DoorDash, UberEats, etc.).Job Responsibilities.(60%) Lead development of tools Tools Selection and Implementation:Evaluate and select tools, partners and platforms that best meet the needs of the business goals, market trends and Master Franchisees.Lead the creation of tools and provide training and support to end users to maximize utilization and adoption.Performance Monitoring and Optimizations:Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of tools on business outcomes as it relates to 3P aggregators Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimizationCollaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements and updates to tools as neededVendor Management:Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring alignment with contractual agreementsStay informed about vendor roadmaps, updates, and new features to leverage opportunities for innovation and improvementWorking with the DPI (Domino's Pizza International) marketing/digital team at the WRC (World Resource Center) and field offices to create tools for the DPI team to leverage as they consult with master franchisees.Identify new areas of opportunity that need to be shared in a proactive wayDevelop necessary content while optimizing and updating all existing content in a regular basis.Lead the development of global contracts among agencies, vendors and/or publishersManage relationships with external agencies and vendors to optimize partnerships ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and performance(30%) Lead the development of best practice sharingEstablish process for information sharing as well as standardize the communication of information to ensure consistency across DPI marketing.Identify needs, gaps and opportunities across DPI marketing team (including digital). Drive end-to-end process design and management to ensure people, process and solution decisions are fully aligned; coordinate and influence to bring together the appropriate parties and decision makers to uphold tool creation process.(10%) Coordinate DPI Digital meetings and summitsCoordinate the following meetings from an administrative and content standpoint.
