Inventory Control Planner Associate - Ambulatory Care Multi SitesApply NowSummaryPurpose of PositionProvide supply chain support and coverage for all ASCs and MPUs. Cycle count supplies to ensure system and physical inventory are accurate. Cycle count service specific supplies
Resolve inventory variances
Open packages and capture lot, serial and expiry data as needed
Order and replenish LUM supplies
Order and replenish direct to vendor supplies
Respond to and address recall notifications
Backorder management and substitute product identification
Provide supply chain coverage across surgery center and medical procedures departments
Interface with service leads to facilitate new product requests
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma and at least 2 years' experience in the healthcare industry
Experience viewing data contained in Electronic Health Record systems
Knowledge of medical terminology
Ability to multi-task, prioritize requests and work independently
Strong proficiency in communication through multiple mediums
Strong attention to details
