There is no good Chinese food and a brand here, i want to change this. I graduated from a MBA at Ross and used to work for tech company, but after I have my baby boy, I want to do my own career, I am so disappointed by the Chinese food here so I start a new modern authentic Chinese Restaurant Gai’s kitchen at downtown Ann Arbor.I am looking for a cook. I got the way and recipes, just need somebody to work at the kitchen. Already got a lot of repeat customers and I am good at marketing. we need a good Chinese restaurant in US, I hope I can start small and franchise it. I am confident in it, but I never work for a restaurant so I need your help.
1. I hope you are passionate at cooking and willing to try cook Chinese food, we can develop recipes together.
2. Commercial prep and cooking experience, can be in charge of the kitchen, it’s better graduate from culinary school.
3. f you are familiar with the supplier here is a plus.
4. Our business hours is 15:00-19:00, focus on dinner first and try to do pick up and delivery first, then open the dinning area if we can. so you only need work from 13:00-19:00, 6 days a week.
5. We can clean the kitchen together, take the trash out.
6. No smoking, No drug, honest, caring and kind.
Full time or part time to start.
