Total wages equal hourly rate PLUS tips accumulated every two weeks.
Back Kitchen starts at $15.50/hour + $3-$4 tips/hr = avg. $18-19/hr
Back Kitchen washes dishes, bins, makes rice, helps put away stock, and does regular cleaning of their area
Prior experience not necessary, just a willingness to learn!
