- Bring a passion for food, the skills to prepare it, and willingness to learn new things!
- Solid understanding of grill, saute', or pizza station. The more stations you can cover, earns you more!
- Work clean and present dishes we can all be proud of.
- Be rock solid closing the line at night or opening it in the morning.
- Stay on top of your work to keep the line moving, especially under pressure.
- Ability to communicate with all stations to properly time food to the tables.
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment where what you do actually matters.
