We serve a variety of flavorful dishes and drinks in a casual, welcoming environment where guests can relax and enjoy a great meal with friends and family. We’re looking for an energetic and friendly Cashier/Hostess to join our team and help create a memorable experience for our customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Manage seating arrangements, ensure waitlists are organized, and efficiently guide guests to their tables.
Take phone reservations and answer any inquiries about the restaurant’s menu or services.
Operate the cash register and handle customer payments accurately, including processing credit card and cash transactions.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including balancing the cash drawer.
Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
Uphold excellent customer service standards, addressing any guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, cashiering, or hosting is preferred.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume periods.
Must be punctual, reliable, and have a professional demeanor.
Familiarity with Korean cuisine or willingness to learn is a plus.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
