Seasonal Server Position – Hanjan Pocha (Ann Arbor, MI)

Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as seasonal servers over the Christmas break. As a server at Hanjan Pocha, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests, showcasing our delicious menu, and contributing to a warm and inviting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide friendly and efficient table service, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.
Take orders accurately and offer menu recommendations, highlighting our Korean street food specialties.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
Assist with side work, such as setting up and breaking down service stations.
Handle guest inquiries or concerns professionally and promptly.
Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
Prior serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holiday breaks.
A passion for Korean food and culture is a plus!

Pay: Server Minimum Wage plus tips
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
