SPIEDO is a new casual Mediterranean restaurant from Chef Brad Greenhill of Detroit's TAKOI focused on spit-roasted meats, freshly griddled bread, seasonal vegetable sides and having a whole lot of fun. We are located at 307 S 5th Ave, in the heart of Ann Arbor and are actively seeking line and prep cooks to be a part of our growing team.
Position Details:
As a line cook at Spiedo, you will be responsible for preparing and executing dishes with precision and finesse. Duties include:
Preparing ingredients.
Cooking and plating dishes according to recipes.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Collaborating with fellow chefs and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth service.
Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment is preferred for Line Cooks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure under pressure.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends.
Compensation: $20+/hr
