Laborer for Construction
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately (Fluent in English is Preferred)
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed
Reliable mode of transportation
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a Background check
Responsibilities:
Operate hand and power tools as directed by the construction team
Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris
Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment
Assist with measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
Perform general maintenance of tools and equipment
Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects efficiently
Benefits:
Pay: Starting at $16-18.00 per hour (based on experience)
