Overview:
DB Graphics is looking for someone to join our team as an experienced Screen Printer knowledge for both Automatic and manual, where your creativity and attention to detail will be key in producing high-quality printed materials. We are seeking a skilled individual with a passion for printing to contribute to our dynamic team.
Duties:
- Operate and maintain screen printing equipment
- Prepare screens by selecting appropriate mesh counts and applying emulsion
- Mix and prepare inks for printing jobs
- Set up and align artwork for printing
- Monitor print quality throughout production runs
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the printing process
- Ensure accurate color matching and registration
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for artwork preparation
- Knowledge of color theory for effective color matching
- Familiarity with layout design for print materials
- Experience with screen printing techniques and processes
- Ability to troubleshoot printing issues effectively
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Nice-to-have skills:
- Basic understanding of opening PDF files
