Brian’s Service is a rapidly growing outdoor services company based out of Chelsea, Michigan. We are hiring at this time for a Hardscape Crew Lead for Hardscape installations.
We believe that each crew member should set a strong working pace and not need constant direction to continue working.
We are looking for people that are able to work year round. During the winter season we do tree work, Christmas light installations/removal, and snow removal. Snow work pays significantly more. We take 2 weeks off for Christmas with the exception of snow removal.

Jobs you will perform:
Installation of hardscape patios, steps, walls
Snow removal
Christmas light installation and removal
Requirements:
Experience in laying brick pavers as well as knowledge of hardscape tools
Valid driving license with a clean record
Experience with driving trucks and trailers
Be able to cordially and intelligently communicate with customers
Be able to lead a crew of 3-5 people
Bonuses that would put you above the rest:
CDL class A License
Experience driving large dump trucks or semis
