Our busy office is in immediate need of an organized, energetic and dedicated Full-Time Scheduler with an approachable personality to join our Team. Duties will include creating schedules for our clients and our caregivers, answering the phones, speaking with said clients and caregivers if a scheduling issue arises and being a team player. This position is Monday - Friday from 8a-4p in our Brighton office.
High school diploma/GED required
Previous clerical or administrative experience
Ability to learn basic computer programs and processes
Excellent phone manner is a must
Advanced communication and organizational skills
Dispatching experience is a plus but not required
Compensation will be discussed during the interview and will be based on experience.
