Garden Me Up LLC is currently hiring Landscape Gardener Labor Specialists to join our select team of outstanding individuals. Garden Me Up Landscape Gardeners provide high quality gardening and landscaping services in beautifully maintained gardens throughout the greater Ann Arbor area.
Landscape Gardener - Labor Specialist
As a member of our Landscape Gardener Team, a Labor Specialist will use and develop their current level of landscape gardening skill and experience to promote the activities of the team.
Our work hours are Monday - Friday, weekends off. Weekly pay is hourly rate plus time and a half for any occasional overtime. We offer a hiring bonus of $500 on the 3 month starting date anniversary for employees who work all designated hours during that time period.

The Landscape Gardener - Labor Specialist position focuses specifically on receiving instruction from a Team Leader and applying their effort, skill, and experience to:
plant decorative trees, shrubs, perennial plants, annual plants, and bulbs.
collect and dispose of leaves and plant materials during spring and fall cleanups.
edge around landscape garden beds and apply mulch to the surface of garden beds.
hand weed landscape garden beds.
prune, trim, and hedge trim plants, shrubs, and decorative trees.
tear out and dispose of old landscape elements.
install light hardscape elements such as gravel paths and rock borders.
communicate with the Team Leader and coworkers when they have a question, or when they have a thoughtful opinion to share based on their level of skill and experience.

Monday through Friday workdays from mid-March to December.
Work hours starting at 8:00a and working for approximately 8 hours per day.
Competitive hourly pay rate starting between $20 and $24 per hour based on skills and experience with time and a half pay for occasional overtime hours.
$500 signing bonus paid at 3 month start date anniversary for employees who work all designated hours during that time period.
Weekends off.
All of our team members:
meet at our headquarters to start the work day.
ride together in company vehicles to job sites.
provide landscape bed services including: planting a variety of decorative plants, shrubs and trees; edging and mulching landscaped garden beds; pruning, trimming and hedging plants, shrubs, and trees; weeding; landscape garden renovation and installation; and morebut no lawn services or mowing.
provide additional specific knowledge and effort in their designated specialty.

end the day back at headquarters together.
