We are looking for a maintenance person to work 15 to 24 hours a week for our restaurant group, we own and operate 7 restaurants and bars in 4 locations around Ann Arbor. Wide range of duties will vary from week to week and may include:
Must have own tools
Must have own truck/transportation
Blowing out refrigerant condensers and compressors
Changing HVAC filters and belts
Moving items to and from a seasonal storage unit
Fixing drywall, painting
Fixing chairs and booths
Small plumbing or electrical jobs
Small wood working jobs
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: From $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday through Wednesday
Potential for emergency work in evenings or weekends
