We need a 2,000sq ft interior structure disassembled. We are offering your pick of ALL the building materials for your own project. Facility has been well maintained and materials are in good condition.
Materials include but not limited to few thousand sq feet of plywood (good condition, all interior), a few thousand feet of 2x4 (good condition, all interior), hundreds of feet of odd size lumber, couple thousand feet of pink insulation of various thicknesses (good condition), many thousands of feet of conduit. All materials are up for grabs.
Well maintained, 8yr old 7.5 ton AC with the coolant that is being aged out of circulation. Comes with correct size air handler. Free to who takes, forklift necessary.
2 ton air handler with new fan and motor. Come take it.
