We are seeking a reliable and motivated Window Cleaner to join our team on an independent contractor basis (1099). This position will be based at our construction site in Ann Arbor, MI.

The preferred candidate will have the following skills and employment experience:
Experience in using a water fed pole system for up to 4 stories.
Experience cleaning exterior & interior window surfaces and safely operating window cleaning equipment, including ladders, squeegees, and poles.
Previous experience removing light mortar & paint from window using blade scraper.
Ability to perform window cleaning in cool outside temps, above 32 degrees.
General cleaning experience in other areas is a plus.
Must have reliable transportation.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Company will provide hard hat & vest. You must provide your own gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots.
Contractor Status: Must be able to work as an independent contractor (1099), which includes managing your own taxes, insurance, and benefits.
Compensation: $20/hour to start
