The Front Desk Agent is responsible for:
Checking-in and out guests staying at the hotel using the Property Management System
Must be very friendly and professional at all times
Answer phone and assist guest with any requests or inquiries
Any front desk related tasks dealing with guests, staff or hotel vendors
Encode room keys
Keeps records of room availability and guests' accounts
Computes bill, collects payment and makes the change for guest
Makes and confirms reservations
Completes daily checklist
Verifies credit card for authorization handles cash, makes change and balances assigned cash drawer
Other duties as assigned by management
