We are a small 8-10 person exterior construction and landscape/grading contractor based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. we largely do landscape renovations and residential sitework in the Ann Arbor area. Work includes drainage and grading, hardscapes and walls/patios, porches and decks, natural stonework and masonry, etc.
I am looking to add another person with some building/construction experience. You will be tasked with helping us build out some of our landscape projects with an emphasis on assisting and building out small carpentry projects. Small landings and stairs out of homes, fences, concrete forms, replacing or installing exterior doors, etc. The candidate will be working with and guided by more experienced crew members- although you are expected to have experience and basic capability as a handyman and in the construction trades.
We provide all trucks, tools, equipment, etc. The job is Monday-Thursday, 8 AM to 6PM. We meet at our yard in Ann Arbor daily and work primarily within a 5 mile radius of 48103. You will not be required to drive your own vehicle to jobsites out of town.
Lots of opportunity to learn and grow in the trades as we do all our own work in house- Welding, excavation, carpentry, stonework, fabrication, etc.
