Represent and Lead Powertrain, Underbody and EDS System (high and low voltage) for all program interfaces.

Lead functional sign-off and compatibility reviews to deliver all Program Milestones on-time with completed metrics.

Drive functional delivery to meet quality, cost, investment, weight and timing targets. Make trade-off decisions to balance within the other Function.

Drive internal functional issue resolution (Function, Architectural, etc.) Lead escalation when needed.

Drive cross-functional issue resolution (program, finance, quality, attribute, manufacturing, STA, suppliers, etc.)

Lead resolution of PD launch issues via AIMS, CRs, FCPA, Alerts, & other launch performance metrics for on time delivery of launch.

Active on-site SPOC (NMPDC, Roush 9, VO Assembly Plants – CAP) for IPTSE, Underbody & EDS for program, attributes, VO, and NML teams for Prototype builds, and through launch phases from LR through OKTB.

Ensure alignment of engineering resources to budget for all phases of the program.

You'll haveBachelor’s degree in engineering.3+ years’ experience in Powertrain, Underbody and Electrical Distribution Systems / Electrical System Integration.Even better, you may haveMaster's degree in engineering or MBA preferred.Demonstrated Production Launch Experience.Demonstrated experience with Program Management.Strong fundamentals and working knowledge of the Cost Setting Process and Functional Led Cost.Working experience with GPDS online & deliverables, 2 pager / CRF’s, WERS, FEDE, Global Integrator, etc.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (open, clear, and inclusive).Demonstrated organizational skills with proper follow-up.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple issues effectively and efficiently.Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload managing immediate and future needs.Ability to build strong effective relationships with cross functional teams (Program, Purchasing, Finance, Engineering).Strong fundamentals and working knowledge of GPDS processes.You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice.
