Innovate and modernize where possible to improve user experience for Dealer Technicians globally.

Collaborate with other software engineers, product designer, and business stakeholders to develop best-in class features.

Participate in design sessions, requirement refinement, and testing phases in order to deliver quality solutions that solve business problems.

Position Duties:

Develop & innovate new features that supports the Global Diagnostic Product Line in the Service Engineering Organization.

Serve as a core member of an engineering team that designs and develops webservices, webpages, APIs, and microservices using Microsoft .Net MVC and REACT.

Interact and work closely with product manager to devise solutions and break them down into incremental production-ready user stories.

Participate in feature and user story development, backlog refinement, and estimation / sizing activities as part of the team’s Agile methodology.

Collaborate with other product teams on integrations, testing, and deployments.

Translate business requirements into detailed specifications.

Design solutions that consider reuse opportunities and meet usability guidelines and corporate standards.

Create testing strategy, test cases, and test data as per system dependencies. Successful completion of functional testing in Dev/QA/ Production environments.

Improve application testing capabilities by implementing automated testing tools and best practices.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of our solutions; support the production application and identify improvement opportunities.

Identify exciting opportunities for adopting new technologies to solve existing needs and predicting future challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years’ experience in Windows .Net development using MVC.

2+ years' experience with XML technologies.

Experience in microservices development.

Experience with test-driven development.

Experience with Windows IIS Web Application Server

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server

Experience with JavaScript and Cookie Management

Nice to Have Qualifications

Exposure to automated testing concepts, tools, and frameworks

Experience troubleshooting application and performance issues; use of tools like Splunk and Dynatrace

Familiarity with GitHub or equivalent source control repositories

Exposure with REACT
