Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Service Assistant software for scheduling, managing customer accounts, and tracking service progress. Knowledge of lawns, environmental science, or landscaping is highly desirable and will enhance your ability to assist our customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize Service Assistant software to schedule services, manage customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records.
Handle incoming calls and emails, providing exceptional support and resolving customer issues promptly.
Collaborate with field staff to ensure smooth service delivery and respond to customer feedback.
Provide insights and recommendations on lawn care based on customer needs and company standards.
Assist with billing, scheduling, and other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably using Service Assistant or similar software.
Knowledge: Background in lawn care, environmental science, or landscaping preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with office software and ability to learn new systems quickly.
