As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems

You will assess the business model and its integration with technology, gather and synthesize information, and define the future state and/or business solution

Additionally, you will be expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge and experience, have influencing and advisory skills, and be responsible for team decisions

You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, as well as provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 6 years experience as Domain Business Analyst

Minimum 2 years of experience with Atlassian Jira Align

Domain Business Analyst Must-have skills: Retirement, Recordkeeping

Bachelors Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

Good-to-have skills: Money Movement, Plan Management
