Lily’s Seafood Grill and Brewery is an award winning, family owned business celebrating our 25th year. Our focus is on quality, teamwork and exceptional customer service. We currently have an opportunity for a part time FOH floor mgr. (2-3 nights a week), approximately 4-11pm

The position requires the following experience and responsibilities:

You represent the face of the restaurant and require the comfort level and confidence to engage with customers to gauge their experience and resolve concerns.

Prior restaurant and or service industry experience.

Ability to guide and hold staff accountable in ensuring excellent customer service.

Assist management in forecasting and managing special events.

Possess basic computer skills including familiarity with Word and Excel and social media.

Responsible for entering, updating and printing Chef’s Daily Specials and entering daily data into POS computer system.

Managing staff cashouts, balancing house drawer and closing the restaurant.
