The Licensed Clinical Supervisor at ICFS-Detroit provides individual, group, and family
therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults. This role is responsible for
conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing evidence-based
therapeutic interventions, and ensuring documentation meets regulatory and agency
standards. The Licensed Clinical Supervisor will collaborate with multidisciplinary team
members to support client recovery and overall well-being.
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
required.
Current licensure in the State of Michigan as an LPC, LICSW, LLPC, LMSW,
LLMSW, or equivalent required.
Experience providing therapy services in a community mental health or
behavioral health setting preferred.
Knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating mental health conditions,
such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
Familiarity with Medicaid and commercial insurance providers including Molina,
Meridian, Optum, and Aetna.
