We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking cleaner to join our apartment community team in Midtown Detroit. We manage multiple residential buildings and take pride in keeping them clean, welcoming, and well cared for.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining a clean environment.
Position Details:
Pay: $18 per hour
Hours: 30–40 hours per week (full-time or close to full-time)
Location: Midtown Detroit – multiple buildings
Tools & Supplies: All cleaning materials and equipment are provided
Responsibilities:
Clean common areas such as hallways, lobbies, laundry rooms, and entryways
Clean apartments when residents move out to prepare for new move-ins
Maintain a regular cleaning schedule across multiple buildings
Ensure all areas are neat, sanitized, and welcoming for residents and guests
Requirements:
Prior cleaning experience preferred.
Must have reliable transportation to and between properties.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Physically able to lift up to 25lbs and handle regular movement throughout the day.
