Looking for team member with general finish work experience for punching out new construction jobs. Primary duties would include missed caulking, paint touch ups, grout work, minor trim and or drywall repairs, ext.
Can pay based on an hourly rate or pre-negotiated total based on punch list for the job site. All work is paid out weekly.
General Requirements:
+ Qualified handyman/ maintenance, or relevant experience
+Provide you own tools and equipment necessary to perform finish work in scope
+ Strong attention to detail
+Reliable transportation
