Office Manager needed, primarily for bookkeeping. Requirements include familiarity with word processor/spreadsheet applications and Quickbooks. Base duties require less than 10 hours per week. Experience / interest in creating marketing materials is desired (brochures, newsletters, website, etc), and will allow for 10 to 15 hours per week. Work schedule is flexible, Mon-Fri. Start ASAP
Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping - AR/AP, Cash Flow, Payroll, etc.
- Coordinate and organize office activities
- Oversee stock of office supplies
- Greet visitors at office
- Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
Qualifications
- Experience with administrative and clerical work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks or similar accounting software
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor
