We are looking for an office manager for a new company that has significantly grown in just a few months.
Successful candidates will have excellent customer service, organizational, and communication (written and verbal) skills. You should be able to juggle multiple projects with willing to work on multiple tasks.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to work in a small friendly office setting and assist with administrative needs as necessary including answering phones, using Quickbooks to for accounting work, manage excel databases, reaching out to potential customer, and managing inventory. Graphic design skills with photoshop or other software are a plus. .
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Excellent time management
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Quick Books, and photoshop(a plus but not necessary)
Strong written communication skills
Good research skills and attention to detail
Strong computer and internet skills
Ability to multi-task
